Welcome to the Pennsylvania Sports & Fitness Expo to be held at the Greater Reading Expo Center, Reading, Pennsylvania, and February 18-20, 2011. And on the same weekend will be the Reading Golf Expo. This will be the ultimate event for all sports and fitness enthusiasts, high school and youth athletes, as well as coaches, athletic directors, parents and family members. This premier Sports & Fitness Expo will not only be a display of products and services used by sports and fitness enthusiasts of all levels but will offer hands-on demonstrations and seminars on a wide variety of subjects including weight training, fitness and conditioning, athletic injuries, coaching techniques plus much more. And we are planning a multiple county competition where athletes in the same age bracket can compete against their peers and see who will be crowned the PA Sports & Fitness 2011 Champion! Test your strength and conditioning in the Ultimate Fitness Challenge – only at the PA Sports & Fitness Expo can you take the challenge and see where you stack up in your age category. How many push ups, sit ups, or pull ups can you do in one minute? It’s your chance to show everyone what your fitness level is – and to see if you have what it takes to be the Ultimate Fitness Challenge Champion! The PA Sports and Fitness Expo is for the whole family – take part in a full selection of sports and fitness interactive demonstrations and educational seminars. Try out the yoga classes, test your endurance in the spin classes or join in on the exercise and cardio workouts. Don’t be shy! Plus – there will be a variety of vendors selling products and services while also showing new and innovative fitness and training techniques to help you reach your goals and achieve your personal best! And even better the Reading Golf Expo will be the same weekend for one admission price.
